Smarter Technology | Better Data
Safer Sidewalks

At Precision Concrete Cutting, our patented technology and advanced cutting tools are only part of the story. Behind every hazard we remove is a deep layer of data, mapping, and insight—all powered by our proprietary technology platform.

Behind every sidewalk we repair is a layer of powerful, purpose-built technology designed to do one thing better than anyone else: deliver accurate, actionable data that helps you make smart decisions.

Our proprietary systems use satellite mapping and field-level precision to generate detailed, color-coded survey reports showing exactly where hazards exist, how severe they are, and how to prioritize them. Whether you’re managing a few blocks or an entire municipality, our data helps cities, HOAs, and property managers plan repairs, stretch budgets, and stay ADA compliant with confidence.

We can provide your results as a stand-alone report or fully integrate them into your GIS system—whatever fits your process. Because all of our tools are engineered specifically for sidewalk asset management, you’ll get clearer insights, cleaner maps, and more control over every step of your safety strategy.

No one else has this technology. No one else delivers this level of insight.
Precision isn’t just in our name—it’s in the data we deliver.

PRECISION CONCRETE CUTTING

Technology That Sets the Standard

it’s the reason we’re the most advanced sidewalk safety company in the world. From the very first assessment, we use our proprietary BidBoss system to collect highly accurate data, logging each trip hazard with precise GPS coordinates, severity details, and time-stamped photos taken before and after the repair.

We package this data in the format that works best for you—whether that’s a custom Google Map, a printable hazard report, or a GIS-ready SHP file that integrates directly with your city’s ESRI system. Our goal is to make sidewalk safety planning smarter, more transparent, and completely tailored to your needs.

You’ll also get access to Terminal, our customer portal where you can view real-time progress on an interactive map—tracking which hazards have been repaired and where crews are working. With PCC, you’re not just getting the best results in the industry—you’re getting the data to back it up, every step of the way.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is BidBoss?

BidBoss is PCC's own field data collection system, built for sidewalk asset collection. PCC uses it in the field to log every trip hazard with GPS coordinates, HD photos, H1/H2 measurements and ADA/PROWAG classification before the first cut, then adds after photos once the hazard is repaired. It works offline, syncs when coverage returns, and uploads data to Terminal as fieldwork is completed. PCC built and owns the software.

What is Terminal?

Terminal is PCC's customer portal, where you can view real-time progress on an interactive map. It helps you track which hazards have been repaired and where crews are working. Access comes with your PCC project, and Terminal is part of PCC's own technology platform, which PCC builds and owns along with its BidBoss survey system.

What GIS formats does PCC deliver?

PCC delivers ArcGIS-compatible shapefiles (SHP) and KML files, plus Excel exports. The shapefiles are GIS-ready and integrate directly with a city's ESRI system, with GPS-precise locations formatted for city GIS or CMMS platforms. The same data can also come as a custom Google Map or a printable hazard report, and results can be a stand-alone report or fully integrated into your GIS system.
