How It Happens

From Request to Remediation Plan

01

Sales Specialist Meets You On Site

We review your property's specific needs, high traffic areas, and any hazards your team has flagged. You define the scope — full property, priority zones, or budget-tier hazards.

02

Survey Team Measures Every Hazard

The timeline varies depending on property size and scope. Your specialist will confirm the estimated survey duration at the site meeting.

03

You Receive a Detailed Bid & Property Map

Each hazard is numbered, mapped, and documented with detailed measurements. Photos available upon request. You receive a fully itemized report with a clear total price, never a rough estimate. Cities can receive GIS/ArcGIS-compatible data on request.

04

On Your Timeline, On Your Terms

Take the evaluation to your board, council, or risk team. When you're ready, PCC cuts every repair to an ADA-compliant slope.

Overcoming Objections

Your Concerns, Our Solutions

Is precision cutting more affordable than traditional replacement?

−

Precision cutting leaves an ADA-compliant slope and costs on average 80% less than traditional removal and repour. No jackhammers, no debris haul-off, no extended closures. Pricing is based on actual measurements, giving you predictable, justified costs for every repair.

Will repairs disrupt tenants or require extended walkway closures?

+

Our crews work panel-by-panel with minimal disruption, keeping walkways accessible whenever possible. Most repairs are fast, clean, and completed without extended closures.

Can PCC provide documentation for compliance and insurance records?

+

We provide clear service documentation you can retain for compliance, insurance, and internal records, including completed areas and maintenance status.
